EOTAS Package - what can be provided?
Hi we have agreed EOTAS for a student, parents are asking for Laptop, paper, laminator, printing resources and materials, cooking ingredients, games/jigsaws/learning activities in the home?
should these not be provided by parents?

I think it depends upon whether the lights and heating would be on anyway, i.e. even if the EOTAS was not taking place. If it would then I don't see how it can be said to be a cost of the provision. If not though, then as a matter of principle it seems to be a cost of the provision that the LA is responsible for. Calculating it might be difficult though!
