Arbitration?
We have had a request for ADR in a case which is unlikely to be resolved in mediation or W/P meetings. The hearing keeps being pushed back by the Tribunal and arbitration has been raised as an option. Is such an ADR route available in this areas? I am not aware of any Public Law Arbitrators so would welcome any suggestions.
