Summary Sheets for EHCP's - Does your authority use them?
Hi all, can anyone tell if me they use the Summary Sheets at the front of an EHCP, I think Paul or Satnam may have mentioned them in recent training. I am keen to produce something like this for my authority and would love to see what others use if possible. Thanks in advance! Carrie
