Parental request to cease an EHCP
Hi All, Can anyone tell me whether or not an LA has to cease an EHCP if the parent has requested it be ceased? The scenario is that a parent of a primary school child has decided to electively home educate and does not want the LA involved in anyway. He has requested the EHCP is ceased. Are we legally bound to comply? Thanks
