National Schools and Colleges Contract - query
Hi all. I have a query re the National Schools and Colleges Contract. The latest version on the NASS website appears to be from 2013. Parts of the contract appear to be out of date and there are sections that seem to need fairly wholesale amendment. We are tying to work out how to go forward re this contract. Can I ask - are authorities still using that contract when placing pupils with EHCPs in independent schools? Any responses on the issue would be very gratefully received! Thank you.
