Direction to Admit under SSFA 1998
In circumstances where specific provision is being sought (in this case ABA) and there is only one setting available and within a reasonable distance, which is independent and not approved under section 41, and they have declined to admit, can the LA use the provisions of section 96 of the SSFA to direct them to admit?
