Hi , I was previously advised by a tribunal clerk that when parties have resolved matters and a Consent Order was signed and submitted to the tribunal the LA needed to wait for the Tribunal to confirm approval of the Consent Order before we issue the agreed WD EHCP. However, it can take a long time for the tribunal to come back to us and I just wondered what other LA's do?
