EHCP Interim or Annual Reviews in Tribunal
What do other LA's do regarding reviews of an EHCP while in proceedings? We have generally done the the review and issued any draft amendments but held off issuing a final amended plan as the previous EHCP is in proceedings. I am not convinced this is correct however as I cannot see any pause mechanism in the SEND Regulations 2014. Any thoughts?

We've had a situation where a review continued during a live appeal and we had agreed to amend the EHCP and been required to start that process but the appeal was still considering the content of the previous EHCP - parent got very confused, tribunal panel go angry (because parent brought 2 working versions to the appeal) and it was adjourned to prepare working doc across both processes. We don't run reviews during live appeals as a result!
