New case on right of parents/young persons to bring a lawyer to a statutory mediation
I've done a very short blog post about the recent High Court decision in Kumar v LB Hillingdon [2020] EWHC 3326 (Admin) which makes clear that a parent or young person is entitled to bring a lawyer (or whoever they like) to a statutory mediation meeting. You can read it here.
