EOTAS Travel
I can't see anything to confirm whether a child who has an EOTAS package should be provided with mileage to go to all of the various activities (outdoor ed, swimming, climbing etc) they have. Could anyone point me in the direction of any guidance please? Many thanks.

Hi Bryony, not sure this is an EHC plan appeals question which is the focus of this website and forum, but happy to point you in the right direction. The free school transport provisions in section 508B and Sch 35 of the EA 1996 effectively provide that the position for children receiving education under s.19 is the same as for children receiving education at school: see for example paragraphs 3, 5 and 7 of Sch 35.
